What not to eat in piles
Do not eat fatty foods
Fat is found in very high amounts in oil. Fat-rich foods are very dangerous for the stomach. Excessive intake of fat-rich foods can cause stomach irritation, abdominal pain, and heartburn. Consuming these substances increases the risk of hemorrhoids because, oily substances increase the complaint of constipation. Eat dairy products in moderation too. Reduce the intake of ghee.
Do not eat more spices
Do not eat more spicy food at all. Especially do not consume black pepper, red pepper with any food item. Add spices and oil in small quantities while cooking. A variety of spices are added to enhance the taste of vegetables. But eat only boiled vegetables in piles. Due to excessive consumption of spices, food is not digested properly and there is also a severe burning sensation in the passage while passing the stool.
Don't smoke
Smoking adversely affects the gastrointestinal wall found inside our body. Alcohol is as harmful as cigarettes. Consumption of alcohol causes water loss in the body. Due to lack of water, the stool becomes hard. The digestive power of a person who smokes cigarettes is weak. The movement of his intestines (bowel) is also not done properly. If you have hemorrhoids, smoking can be very harmful. Cigarettes increase blood flow to the anus, which also increases the risk of infection.
Do not eat caffeine
Caffeine (Caffiene) is not good for digestion at all. Excessive intake of caffeine can cause diarrhea. Caffeine is found in high amounts in coffee and tea. Consumption of caffeine causes constipation and also causes water loss in the body. Caffeinated substances can cause inflammation in the rectum. Therefore, it is better to drink some healthy fluids than to eat caffeinated substances in piles. Caffeine is present in very high amounts in tea, coffee and chocolate.
Do not eat protein foods
If you are suffering from hemorrhoids, do not include protein in the diet. Whether it is plant protein or animal protein, do not consume anyone. Consuming animal protein can cause more problems. Protein is not digested properly due to which constipation and irritation in the rectum. It also aggravates hemorrhoids by increasing inflammation in the tract.
Do not eat bakery foods
Bakery diets during hemorrhoids are not beneficial at all. Eggs are found in plenty in bakery foods such as cakes and pastries etc. It causes constipation and also increases the risk of piles.
What to eat in piles –
Eat leafy vegetables
Consumption of green leafy vegetables provides a variety of benefits in piles. Many types of anti-oxidants and vitamins are found in leafy vegetables which work better for the muscles. Green leafy vegetables also work to improve digestion and cleanse the intestine. Therefore, eat plenty of spinach, carrots, cabbage, cucumber, broccoli etc.
Drink plenty of water
If you have hemorrhoids, drink 4 to 5 liters of water a day. Water provides a variety of benefits to the body. By drinking plenty of water, the intestine does not have any problem in removing the toxic substances present in the body. Apart from this, the blood temperature is also normal, which is beneficial in piles. This eliminates constipation which makes it easier while passing the stool. Apart from water, you can also use some different beverages like cucumber juice, spinach juice etc.
whole grains
Consuming whole grains helps prevent piles from growing. You can also consume bran-containing foods. Consumption of whole grains does not cause any problem in digestion, due to which the stool is easily drained. Eat oatmeal, multi grain bread, brown rice, etc. Eat bran bread because it contains plenty of fiber.
Isabgol husk (plantago ovata husk)
Isabgol husk is rich in fiber which relieves constipation. Apart from this, it also makes dry stool heavy so that there is no pain during bowel movement and the stool comes out without any obstruction. If you are suffering from hemorrhoids, then include Isabgol husk in the diet.
Consume fruits
Consuming fresh and pure fruits can be beneficial in piles. Eat fruits with the peel, because the peel contains the most fiber. Many types of vitamins and minerals are found in fruits that strengthen the digestive system. Consuming fruits like apple, banana, orange, grapefruit etc. provides relief in hemorrhoids. All these fruits are very beneficial for the skin.
Drink buttermilk
Consumption of buttermilk provides many benefits in piles. It calms the agitated nerves thereby feeling cool. Buttermilk comes under the category of probiotics, which removes inflammation. If there is any kind of infection in the tract, then take buttermilk.
Eat sprouted grains
In piles, more and more vitamin C, fiber and calcium-rich substances should be consumed. It will be very beneficial to consume half a bowl of sprouted grains daily. Eating raw sprouted grains aggravates hemorrhoids. So soak them in water before sleeping at night and consume them in the morning. Chew them properly while eating.

Yogurt also comes under the category of probiotics. Consuming curd provides many benefits in piles. There is plenty of vitamin C found in it which tones the muscles. If there is swelling in the area, then be sure to consume curd. You can consume curd with sugar candy. If you have hemorrhoids, then eat curd only when you feel lightly hungry in free time.

You can eat it with vegetables. Cumin in piles provides many benefits. If there is a worm in the intestines or an infection in the tract, then take cumin. Mix two teaspoons of roasted cumin powder with a glass of lukewarm water and consume it. It also relieves fever. Grinding one spoon of roasted cumin and equal quantity of sugar candy and licking the powder improves digestion.

If you want to reduce the risk of hemorrhoids, then eat figs. Mix two teaspoons of ground figs in a glass of water and drink it. This improves digestion. Figs also strengthen muscles and bones.
Bell peppers
Consumption of capsicum is beneficial in piles. It contains plenty of fiber which makes the stool soft. Consuming capsicum does not cause constipation and does not cause problems while passing the stool.
